We are looking forward to seeing you at AWARDS NIGHT on Saturday, August 19.

Awards Night Reminders

• 5:00 PM - Please do not set up chairs or blankets before 5:00 PM, so that members may enjoy the pool throughout the afternoon.
• 5:30 PM - Dinner. If you pre-ordered, dinner will be available from La Roca Taco Truck. Otherwise, bring your own dinner and enjoy it with friends on the lawn! Please be sure to tidy up your area after you eat.
• 6:30 PM - Awards presentation begins.
• 8:30 PM - Awards Night typically ends around this time, with the slide show at the conclusion of the event. Please stack your chairs and clean up your area before departing!

Other Important Reminders

• Contribute to the Coaches Gift: If you would like to show extra appreciation for our coaches’ time and enthusiasm, please contribute to the annual Coaches Gift. Simply Venmo our team treasurer, Marisa Lynn, via her personal Venmo account @marisa-lynn (phone digits 4038). Please note “Coaches Gift”. We would like to collect all contributions by Saturday, August 19. Thank you!

• Fall Clinic Registration is open through August 19 at 6pm. Please read the program information and register HERE.
• Check out Lost & Found … all items will be donated to charity on Monday, August 21.
• Clear out your family’s folder in the Ribbon Boxes … all remaining items will be discarded after Awards Night.
• The last day to donate used sneakers to our season-long Sneaker Drive will be Monday, September 4.
• If you made any team-related purchases that were approved for reimbursement, please send your receipts to our LTST Treasurer, Marisa Lynn [email protected].
• If you are interested in getting more involved with LTST in 2024 by taking on a Star Job, please send us a note!
