Sign Up Information
Parent Job Signups (Monday, May 4th at 8:00 PM)
- Read Job Descriptions to learn about potential parent jobs.
- Read Substitutes page to better understand your parent job commitments. Remember, there are age requirements for certain jobs and others (Shepherding and Grilling) do not allow any substitutes.
- Review Parent Job Signup Instructions for information on the signup procedure.
- Direct questions during or after the signup process to Parent Job Coordinators (Kaitlin Lewis, Lauren & Patrick Decker at [email protected]). Include your phone number in your e-mail.
- Families who have not signed up by Monday, May 11th at 8:00 PM will be assigned jobs.
Highlights for New Families
- Time Trials is a great place to learn how a meet is run. We encourage you to skip signing up for Time Trials and sign up for dual meets instead.
- Be sure to read and understand Job Descriptions along with the information about Substitutes and Fine Policies before signing up. Prior experience is not needed (except the grill). You can learn more about the jobs you signed up for during Time Trials.
- Note that you cannot hire a substitute for any shepherding role or grilling role.
- Your parent jobs will show up on your SwimTopia app as a reminder of when you have signed up to work.
Highlights for Returning Families
- The process for signing up for jobs is the same as last year.
- Please carefully read through job descriptions as we have added some jobs from last year.
