Shift Check In
- Email Parent Job Coordinators (Kaitlin Lewis, Lauren & Patrick Decker) at [email protected]) if you have a substitute at least 24 hours in advance.
- Each job has a check in time and a shift time. You will be given instructions via email and, if applicable, will check in with the Coordinator for that job. Please show up on time!
- Swim Meet Jobs: Unless given special instructions, check in with Parent Job Coordinators (Kaitlin Lewis, Lauren & Patrick Decker) in front of the lifeguard office for Home meets or the entrance to our team area for Away meets, even if your instructions are to also check in with the lead. As there are hundreds of people on deck, you need to find us. We cannot find you. Failure to check in with the Parent Job Coordinators could result in a fine.
- Prepare to be at your job for the entire shift time. Your job is complete when the meet is over. If you do not stay for the entirety of your job (even if the meet is running late), the Fine Policy will apply. The Job Coordinators will not fill your vacant job as a substitute.
