What a great morning at Dana Hills for our first meet! Huge thank you to our shepherding team for ensuring all swimmers were where they needed to be, especially at an away meet (with a fun and enticing playground) so early in the season!

Please read through a few updates from our hardworking fundraising and family social chairs below. Remember to declare for Saturday’s OPP meet by Wednesday and we’ll see you at practice today and tomorrow (and the Splash Party on Thursday at 1pm!)

Saturday, June 15 (almost sold out!) - Olympics Pay-to-Play

The Canoles and Brekke families are hosting a team fundraiser at the Brekke house to help raise money for tents at DCSL (no more renting tents and no more needing to go and setup your own!) Thursday, June 27 - Swim Team day at the Giants game!

Join the rest of the Bay Area swim teams for a day at Oracle Park! The game starts at 12:45pm and tickets are $40 per person. Families will be responsible for finding their own rides or organizing carpools, but our seats will be all together! Sign up here and Venmo @LTSTtreasurer to secure your place.

Friday, July 19 - Swim Team day out at the Wave waterpark

For those of you who have not been to the Wave in Dublin, it's a fun, city-run waterpark with rides and attractions for kids of every age. There is a splash pad and water playground for little ones and trap door plunge slides for the thrill-seeking older kids. We have a block of cabanas booked and will be there from 1pm onwards, after swim practice that day. They sell food at the park, but no alcohol is allowed on the premises and no outside food can be brought in. Families will be responsible for finding their own rides or organizing carpools. Adults and kids over 40 inches: $25- Kids under 40 inches: $20- Kids under age 2: $5. Sign up here and Venmo @LTSTtreasurer
