Dear Seahorse Families,

The next few weeks are so action packed it warrants a second email this week! Please note details about the HOX Last Chance Meet that are included below.

We were made aware of a bike that was stolen overnight earlier this week - please be aware of the risk when your bike is at the pool, especially unlocked overnight!Next week is Coach Appreciation Week! Our coaches always appreciate the love they receive from our swimmers. If your swimmer(s) would like to make a card, give a hug, and/or show another token of affection, we know it will be appreciated!

Additional Private Lessons with coaches are now available through the Registration Link on the team website.

Coach Annabelle is partnering with Monument Crisis Center, a nonprofit organization that accepts donations and provides food and other support to local families in need. She is running a drive to collect school supplies and backpacks for kids before the upcoming school year. Please see the attached flyers for more info.

HOX Last Chance Meet 2025!

This is a fun meet out at the fancy Blackhawk pool, Blackhawk Country Club Sports Complex - 1098 Eagle Nest Place in Danville also known as "The Fastest Pool In the County!" This meet gives swimmers another popportunity! Please know that this is an optional meet that requires a regi$tration fee BUT no parent jobs! If you plan to attend, you MUST do the following:

• Step 1: Declare your swimmers on the sign-up calendar (we created a new event so need you to re-declare if you did so earlier this season) by July 16th. You and your swimmers get to choose the events they will swim. There is no limit on the number of events they can swim!
• Step 2: Pricing is $10 per swimmer, and $12 per event for each swimmer. Send your COMPLETE payment to our team treasurer Carly via Venmo @ltsttreasurer by July 16th.

Because we have to submit fees and registration numbers to the hosting team, please be aware that you will not be entered for the meet if your fees are not paid by July 16th, even if you declared. Additionally, we will not be able to accept late entries for this meet, no exceptions. July 16th or bust! On a more positive note, no one will be required to work parent jobs at HOX! Woo!
