Hi Seahorse Families, 

At the link below, please find detailed information about the DCSL Championship Meet coming up Saturday and Sunday, July 26-27 at Acalanes High School. Please read this information thoroughly, as there are quite a few changes this year (the location being one of several important ones!) 

DCSL CHAMPIONSHIP MEET INFORMATION

A handful of other callouts: 

• As Matt Worster said yesterday: Coach Andrew is completing entries NOW to meet the League-determined deadline. If your swimmer is not available for one of the sessions, NOW is the time to communicate that via email, [email protected] and [email protected].
• Coach Andrew makes event selections for this meet, which are determined based on the best strategy for our team.  This means that Coach Andrew also reserves the right to make changes to relay lineups, even on the day of the meet. Final relay lineups will be communicated during the midday break each day.
• Echoing Matt's note: If your swimmer qualifies for a final, it is essential that they stay and swim in that final. No-showing to any race can result in lost points for our team, and this is our chance to really shine!  

There are a couple of details that I know are not fully explained in this doc: 

• VIP Parking goes on sale Monday 7/22 at 9 AM. I'll share the Signup Genius Link when it is available.  I just don't know the cost yet!  I will communicate that ASAP.  
• Moms Relay / Dads Relay: We are allowed to enter one team maximum for each.  Signups for those interested will be posted at Family Spirit Night on Thursday.  Please note that these relays are at the end of the day on Sunday.
