Dear Seahorse Families,

We hope everyone had an extra restful long weekend after our first dual meet of the season! Thank you for reading the following announcements:

- A reminder that Tuesday (5/26) is our only practice this week due to the end of the school year for most swimmers on Thursday. To celebrate the start of summer, please join us Thursday for our annual all-pool Splash Party from 1-4pm!

- Team Photo Day is right around the corner on Thursday, June 4th from 9am-12pm. Please arrive for your pictures 45 minutes prior to your swimmer’s practice, and have them wear their team suit and/or team shirt. See the attachment for ordering info, but please disregard the “check with your coach for picture times,” as pictures will occur throughout the morning.

- For home meets, set-up may not begin before 7:30am on Saturday mornings, and 4:00pm on Wednesday afternoons as lifeguards need a chance to prepare the deck and pool for occupancy (and we want to preserve the rec swim environment on Wednesday afternoons). Please do not set up your family area and then depart from the pool. Thank you for being mindful that our limited deck and grass space is to be shared by many families. We are a large team this year, and we will be swimming against several other large teams! We appreciate your respect for these policies and your fellow swim team families.

- Devil Mountain is approaching and families will need to declare and pay by this Wednesday 5/27. This early declaration is an exception to our general deadlines for invitationals. Note that there is a price (“splash fee”) of $35 per swimmer, and a separate job sign-up for timing / stroke & turn that will be sent out once we know the number of participating families. If you have a 10&U swimmer, please declare separately for the Friday IM and Saturday remaining events. IMPORTANT: we cannot enter you in the meet if you have not paid and declared by Wednesday evening. Please use this link to pay the Splash fee.

- Do you have any board games and/or legos you are no longer using? The Seahorse Day Camp would love gently used and complete games, as well as legos for camp! We'll have a box out to accept donations starting Friday, May 29th.

• Thursday, June 4th: Team Photo Day @ LT
