Hello Seahorse Families,

What a fantastic season! A big thank you to all you parents and family members who help make our swim team function— it is HARD WORK, and we know it! Without you, there’s no way we’d be as succinct and successful, both for our swimmers and for our entire team community.

We only have a few items to wrap up Summer 2026:

• Awards Night! Our Star Job Awards Icon Sarah Chao is hard at work organizing much of Awards Night including the end-of-season slide show. You can still submit photos of swimmers for the slide show here.
• Coach Gifts: Our coaches have worked so hard this season, and done such a phenomenal job. If you’d like to contribute to the coaches’ gifts distributed at Awards Night, please Venmo our team treasurer Carly @ltsttreasurer.
• Did you notice any Star Jobs you’d like to take on in 2027? We know it seems early, but we directors start planning for the next season in November, so there’s no such thing as expressing interest too early! We are accepting interest for all positions. For those already in a Star Job, we’d love to hear from you about how the season went and whether you’re interested in keeping your job next season.
• If you have any receipts for reimbursement, please submit them to our team treasurer Carly [email protected] by the end of next week.
