The meeting will be recorded for those who are not able to attend. If this is your first year on Swim Team, please watch the New Family Meeting recording prior to attending the Kickoff Meeting. In preparation for Mudskippers, Sea Ponies, and Swim Team, Assessments are REQUIRED for all 8 & Under swimmers who are new to LTST programs.

If your child has never participated in an LTST program and is 8 years old or younger, please plan to attend one Assessment Day. Assessments are scheduled for March 14, March 21 and April 1. We will have helpers in the water in case your child needs some reassurance.

LTST Suit Fit Day #2
Las Trampas Pool
Start: 10:30 AM

This is the opportunity to ensure you order the right size for your swimmer.  We have a new swim suit design this year.  There are no returns or refunds on our custom team suits.  Deadline to order suits is April 26th at 9pm.

A few reminders:

  • Swimmers who are new to the team are REQUIRED to purchase an LTST team suit.
  • Returning swimmers who still fit into their suit from the 2022 season are not required to purchase a new suit.
  • 15-18 swimmers who are on their high school swim team may wear their high school team suit for swim meets.

Seahorse Day Camp Registration Opens

Seahorse Day Camp registration opens March 15th at 7:00 PM.

Camp registration is first come, first served.  Please see all program details HERE.

Families may register for a maximum of two weeks per child. If there are still openings available after March 20, families who would like to register for a third week may do so. Those who attempt to register for three weeks before March 20 will not be approved, and will not have a confirmed spot.

Camper Requirements

  • Recommended ages are 5-10
  • Campers MUST be swim safe and must pass a water safety test on their first day of camp.
  • Campers must be current members of the Las Trampas Pool
  • Campers must be registered to swim for the 2023 Las Trampas Swim Team or Sea Ponies program. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy is as follows:

  • Cancel prior to May 21st (Time Trials) = 100% refund
  • Cancel up to May 30th = 50% refund
  • No refunds beginning June 5th (first day of camp)

Registration Timeline:

  • March 1, 2023 at 1:00 PM: Returning LTST families
  • March 5, 2023 at 1:00 PM: Families who are new to LTST, but returning LT Pool Members.
  • March 15, 2023: Associate Members of Las Trampas Pool (new members as of 2023), if space allows
  • Registration closes April 13, 2023 at 1:00 PM. A $50 penalty will be assessed for registrations after that time (if program space allows for late registration).

  • Group 1 (generally, age 5 - 7): 3:45 - 4:30 PM
  • Group 2 (generally, age 6 - 8): 4:30 - 5:15 PM
  • Group 3 (generally, age 8 - 11): 5:15 - 6:00 PM
  • Group 4 (generally, ages 9+): 6:00 - 6:45 PM

Saturday:

  • Group 1: 8:30 - 9:15 AM
  • Group 2: 9:15 - 10:00 AM
  • Group 3: 10:00 - 10:45 AM
  • Group 4: 10:45 - 11:30 AM
