SATURDAY: Swimmers aged 10 & Under only. EARLY START TIME: note that this meet begins at 8:30 AM! (Meet should end around 3:00 PM.) WARM-UPS: Las Trampas is assigned to the 7:45 - 8:00 AM warm-up window. Lane 7 is our warm-up lane. TEAM AREA SETUP: Saturday after 6:30 AM.
--- There will be Parent Jobs associated with participation in the Devil Mountain Pentathlon, however these will not be available for signup until closer to the meet. Please keep in mind that if you commit to this meet, you are committing to a Parent Job, to be determined later. DIVISIONS: The A and B events will be seeded after each event. The actual A and B Divisions for the Pentathlon will be determined after all events and will include only those swimmers who have completed all five events. Additionally, only those swimmers completing all five events will be considered in the “A” Division team standings. AWARDS: At the end of each day, the times for all 5 events (for swimmers who chose to swim all 5) will then be added to calculate each swimmer's Pentathlon time; distinctive medal awards for 1 st - 8 th place for both A and B divisions. Ribbons will be awarded to the 1 st – 8 th finisher for both A and B divisions in each event. Team trophies will be awarded to the top five (5) teams after the meet on Sunday. VENDORS: The following vendors will be onsite. They should all take cash and electronic payment, but please have cash available if payment systems are having issues.

THEME: Sun Valley Swim Team loves a theme! This meet's theme is Pirates! Join in the fun! PARKING: The Meher School parking lot across from the pool and the parking lot at Sun Valley Bible Church are both available for meet parking. There is no parking on Meek Place and Carolyn Court or in front of the pool. Please be respectful of neighbors’ driveways and park legally where indicated. SET UP: Deck space is VERY limited. Pack light and be conscientious of others. Visitor Setup Area is the deck space near the baby pool, the entire turf area, and along the south side of the pool (shallow end). Please pick up all garbage prior to the end of the meet. FOOD TRUCKS: Kona Ice, Groovy Gorditas, and Waffle Roost will be available outside the facility. There will also be a coffee cart set up on deck. TIMING SYSTEM: Time Drops Live! The timing code is 1000. |

FOOD TRUCK: Ofie's Kitchen food truck will be onsite for this event. Make it easy on yourself - Ofie's has great burgers, chicken, and sides! This meet is just us Seahorses (no opposing team), but it's still a POP-portunity as well as a chance to get to know your fellow seahorses this season!

Organize lost items in the LT Lost & Found in appropriate bins. Continue to tidy and organize throughout the assigned month. Shift 1 (June) should organize throughout the entire month and purge trash from Lost & Found on June 30th. Take items in good condition to a donation site. Shift 2 (July) should organize throughout the entire month. |
