- Group 1 (generally, age 5 - 7): 3:45 - 4:30 PM
- Group 2 (generally, age 6 - 8): 4:30 - 5:15 PM
- Group 3 (generally, age 8 - 11): 5:15 - 6:00 PM
- Group 4 (generally, ages 9+): 6:00 - 6:45 PM
Saturday:
- Group 1: 8:30 - 9:15 AM
- Group 2: 9:15 - 10:00 AM
- Group 3: 10:00 - 10:45 AM
- Group 4: 10:45 - 11:30 AM

Swim Team Registration: NEW LTST Families
Registration Timeline: - March 1, 2023 at 1:00 PM: Returning LTST families
- March 5, 2023 at 1:00 PM: Families who are new to LTST, but returning LT Pool Members.
- March 15, 2023: Associate Members of Las Trampas Pool (new members as of 2023), if space allows
- Registration closes April 13, 2023 at 1:00 PM. A $50 penalty will be assessed for registrations after that time (if program space allows for late registration).

Registration Timeline: - March 1, 2023 at 1:00 PM: Returning LTST families
- March 5, 2023 at 1:00 PM: Families who are new to LTST, but returning LT Pool Members.

Spring Clinic Registration: NEW LTST Families
Registration Timeline:
- February 1 (1:00PM): Spring Clinic registration opens for returning LTST families
- February 5 (1:00PM): Spring Clinic registration opens to families who are new to LTST programs (returning Pool members only)
- Registration will close when we reach maximum headcount, or Saturday, February 25th at 6:00 PM - whichever comes first. A $50 Late Fee applies for those who wish to sign up after registration is closed (if spaces are available).
- Registration fees will be non-refundable once registration closes.
