Parking: See map - Teams may park in the main parking lot; Meet officials (S&T, Starter, Referee, Computer Desk, & Meet Director) may park in designated spots in the upper parking lot near team areas.

Team Arrival & Set Up: Teams may begin arriving no sooner than 7:00 am. Team Areas will not be marked until 7:30 am. See map for our assigned area.

Meet Program Sales, 7:30 am: Programs will be available for sale (if still available) and pick-up (via pre-order) at 7:30 am.

Meet Program Pre-Order (available until supplies run out): If you are interested in purchasing a meet program for our Pop Up Invitational, fill out this form to guarantee yours. There will be a very limited amount of programs for sale, so reserve yours today. You'll be able to pay and pick up your program(s) up the morning of the meet.

For swimmers participating without a coach, we will have a lifeguard-certified volunteer monitoring lanes 7 & 8 during warm up.
Food & Retail: We will have a FPST snack shop with pre-prepared food items and drinks and are thrilled to have the following vendors at the event:

Coaches Packet: Packet will include simple copies of the Meet Programs & if applicable, lunch tickets for coaches. Pick up beginning at 7:30 am at the computer desk.

Coaches Tent: The Coaches Area will be directly behind the blocks. Please bring a tent for your team.

Clerk of Course: There is no official clerk of course. For ages 8 and under swimmers, parents and shepherds will need to assist getting swimmers to the blocks.

Entry to the blocks will be self-serviced (“Clerk Yourself”). We will monitor entry in terms of allowing 3 heats in at any given time. The entry will be staffed and signage visible indicating which event and heats are allowed behind the blocks. For 8 & Under, upon entry, parents or shepherds can also enter and assist swimmers to blocks.

See attached team area map for swimmer entry points. 8 & Under will be starting individual races from the opposite side of the pool directly in front of the bleachers.

Jobs:

Timers: FPST, 14 timer chairs
PHD, 6 timer chairs - 1 per lane (lane 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8)
LTST, 2 timer chairs - 1 per lane (lane 4, 5)
SVST, 1 timer chair (lane 2)
RC, 1 timer chair (lane 7)

FPST will also provide relief timers to provide bathroom breaks as needed for all timers. Our hospitality team will also distribute water and snacks to timers.

Stroke & Turn: We will reach out to your teams separately regarding this role.

Awards: Ribbons and stickers need to be picked up for your team at the end of the meet and no later than 20 minutes past the end of the meet.

Hospitality Tent: This tent will be next to the computer desk. If you need First Aid supplies or need to get a hold of a board member, you can find assistance here.

Auction Table: This table will be near the pool entrance closest to the score board. Don't forget to check out our awesome baskets and enter the raffle to win your favorite one!

Event Order: Please note that this is an Everyone vs. Everyone Meet, so swimmers for individual events will be mixed, seeded and placed in heats based on time and not only age.

Awards/Ribbons: Swimmers who pop their time will receive a lollipop from the timer in their lane. Ribbons will be distributed to the top 5 swimmers of an event for ages 10 and under. There will no heat winner ribbons.

We are looking forward to a fun and exciting meet full of fast swims and encourage you to invite friends and family to come and cheer your swimmers on!

This is a tri-meet between Moraga Valley Pool (hosts), Campolindo Cabana Club, and Las Trampas.  Moraga Valley Pool is a 9-lane pool.  Event Limits: 3 individual events per swimmer.

Events: These are OMPA teams, so please note that their standard event lineup is slightly different from what we consider typical, as follows.

  • Medley Relay
  • 15-18 100-yard Freestyle 
  • 100-yard IM (7/8 and up)
  • 50-yard Freestyle (all age groups)
  • 50-yard Breaststroke (all age groups) 
  • 50-yard Backstroke (all age groups) 
  • 50-yard Butterfly (all age groups) 
  • Free Relay 

Parking: MVP parking lot or Ivy Drive. Please DO NOT park on Risa Court. If you have a large vehicle, remember to park in the lower section of the MVP lot and pull into your spot all the way. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation. 

Food: The Fourth Bore will be poolside selling breakfast and lunch items along with snacks and other refreshments. Loards Ice Cream will also be poolside. 

Visiting Team Area: Visiting teams will set up on the grassy area near the baby pool and bbqs.

Updated Springbrook Pentathlon (Invitational)

Participation in the Springbrook Pentathlon is by invitation only to 60 swimmers from Las Trampas (5 swimmers in each age group). Invitations have been extended by the LTST Meet Director based on Coach Andrew's direction. 

PARKING: Parking is permitted in the parking lot, the long gravel driveway, legally on the neighborhood streets and in the Acalanes High School parking lot. Please DO NOT park along the gravel driveway, there is not enough room to parallel park along the opposite side of the driveway. Also, please DO NOT park in the church parking lot across the street from the gravel driveway.

TEAM AREA SETUP: Please see Team Area map below.  Please do not arrive for setup before 7:15 AM on Sunday morning.  You will not be allowed to set up until after 7:15 AM.  SPBK has turf and asks that you do not use any tent spikes/stakes or anything that can penetrate the ground. Thank you for your cooperation.

WARM-UPS: Las Trampas has been assigned the 7:45-8:05 AM time window, in lanes 5-8 for warm-ups.

ENTRY RULES: 

  • Each participant must be entered in all five events (4 events for 6U age group) 
  • 15-18's stroke events will be 50 yards (not 100 yards)
  • Only registered swimmers may swim 
  • NO substitutions once the meet starts 
  • Swimmers may NOT swim up age groups 

ORDER OF EVENTS:

  • IM (ages 7 and up only) 
  • Butterfly
  • Backstroke 
  • Breaststroke
  • Freestyle
  • FUN RELAYS following the meet (All timers need to stay for the FUN RELAYS): 
    • 15-18 and 6U Age Group Scramble
    • 13/14 and 7/8 Age Group Scramble
    • 11/12 and 9/10 Age Group Scramble

AWARDS:  The overall awards will be determined by a compilation of times from each event. The swimmer with the lowest overall time will win.  There are no individual event awards distributed. 

PROGRAMS AND T SHIRTS: Programs and t-shirts will be sold at the entrance.  

  • $10, printed program (digital version $5)
  • $26, 2026 Commemorative t-shirt

FOOD: The Springbrook Snack Shack, BBQ and Kona Ice will be available during the meet.  Penguin Soft Serve will arrive 11am, setting up in the parking lot with if you and your kids want to cool off with a treat!

PARKING: The Church has a concert happening on the same night, so we may NOT use their parking lot.

SETUP: Setup may begin at 2:30 PM.  Please do not set up earlier than 2:30, as a courtesy and in fairness to our general members.
