Family Spirit Night

Pre-Order Dinner from El Paisa Taqueria. $17 per adult; $10 per child (10 and under). Pre-order is required, and the order deadline is Monday at 5pm. Or, pack a picnic! Sign up for the Cake Decorating Contest HERE. There is also a signup poster at the pool! Sign up to create a cake using this year's "Off to the Races" theme as inspiration! Prizes will be awarded in several categories (judged by the Coaches), and the cakes will be served to attendees of Family Spirit Night. Feel free to work with friends. List the name(s) of the pastry chef(s) who are responsible for your creation on the Signup Genius. Sign up for the Family Relay HERE. Our friendly-competitive, annual family race is a 100 yard Medley Relay. If your family would like to participate, please sign up at the link above. You'll have a chance for your team name to be on the coveted Family Relay Trophy! Family Relay Rules: 1. At least 2 members of your relay team must be current LTST swimmers. 2. Each relay team must have 4 members. 3. Members of up to 2 families may combine to make a relay team. When combining 2 families to make a team, no more than 3 LTST swimmers may be on that team. (There must be at least 1 parent/grandparent/relative). 4. There are a limited number of family relay heats. Priority will be given to relay teams with swimmers who are Attending the DCSL Championship meet. In the "comments" section please list the members of your team. Family Spirit Night approximate timeline: 5:30 PM - El Paisa Taqueria dinner (available via pre-order only), display of Cake Decorating Contest entries 6:30 PM - Family Relay warm-ups 7:00 PM - Family Relay Prelims 7:30 PM - Cake Decorating Contest winners announced 7:45 PM - Family Relay Finals 8:15 PM - Pre-Meet Inspiration from the Coaches! |

Our swim team swimmers will alternate between cheering for Mudskippers and Sea Ponies showing off their skills, and competing in silly relays! TUESDAY MODIFIED PRACTICE SCHEDULE: 15-18 and 13/14 Girls: 7:45am - 8:25am 13/14 Boys and 11/12: 8:25am - 9:05am 9/10: 9:05am - 9:45am 7/8: 9:45am - 10:25am 6 & Unders: 10:25am - 11:00am There is no Mudskipper / Sea Pony practice on Tuesday, just the Debut. This is the last day of the Mudskipper and Sea Pony programs. |

Coach Appreciation Week
July 24-28 will be our first Coach Appreciation Week. Please encourage your swimmer to do or bring a little something on the day that is assigned to their age group. Some ideas are a handmade card, snack, gift card, or treat - encourage your swimmer to be creative! Monday, July 24 - 13 & Up Tuesday, July 25 - 11/12 Wednesday, July 26 - 9/10 Thursday, July 27 - 7/8 Friday, July 28 - 6 & Under Our Coaches are: Andrew, Audrey, Ben, Emma, Kiera, Megan, Tabi, Chloe, Harriet and Samuel. Coach Elizabeth is our Sea Pony Coach who also helps at swim meets! |

HOX Last Chance Meet takes place on Sunday, July 23rd, at 3pm. Come race at "The Fastest Pool in the County!" The HOX Last Chance Meet is an open meet hosted by the HOX Swim Team. Swimmers from the region can swim to improve seed times, earn a county time or just have one more splash in the pool. The meet is fast, fun and exciting! There are no restrictions on the number of events a swimmer can enter. LOCATION: Blackhawk Country Club Sports Complex - 1098 Eagle Nest Place, Danville, CA 94506 ENTRY DEADLINE: Thursday, July 20th at (PM COST: $15 per swimmer When signing up for this meet, you MUST choose your strokes. Additional Meet Details: MEET JOBS: This meet is completely staffed by the HOX team, no jobs are required of any other family or team. EVENT ORDER: IM is offered at the beginning of the meet and at the end. Both IM events are mixed gender and mixed ages. Event order is as follows:
